As the rain has eased this afternoon, the level of the Bacchiglione river has decreased. Pay attention to the Retrone river which is still growing but very slowly. Continue to keep cars and other items out of low lying areas and basements. The garrison is not reporting any delays or closures at this time.<\/p>\n

(6:01 p.m. May 20) There is a potential for flooding in the Vicenza area forecasted for tonight and continuing into the next couple of days.\u00a0Personnel are advised to avoid parking in low lying areas (i.e. underground parking) and to remove items in basements.\u00a0Vehicle traffic may be affected with closures of roads and bridges within the area.\u00a0Any updates will be posted on The Garrison Outlook at https:\/\/www.army.mil\/italy<\/a><\/p>\n
