Although attendance at the wreath-laying will\u00a0be limited\u00a0to official participants, members of the public will have an opportunity to place a flower at the Tomb on Sunday during the cemetery&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defense.gov\/News\/Feature-Stories\/Story\/Article\/3782916\/arlington-national-cemetery-honors-fallen-with-flowers-of-remembrance\/\">Flowers of Remembrance Day<\/a>.
