(AFNS) &#8212; \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.af.mil\/About-Us\/Biographies\/Display\/Article\/3342171\/dr-ravi-i-chaudhary\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Dr. Ravi Chaudhary<\/strong><\/a> swore in as the assistant secretary of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.safie.hq.af.mil\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Air Force for Energy, Installations and Environment<\/strong><\/a> during a ceremony at the Pentagon April 7, following his confirmation to the role by the U.S. Senate, March 15.<br \/><!--image-->\n    <\/p>\n<p><!--media-inline--><\/p>\n<p>Chaudhary, a former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.af.mil\/About-Us\/Fact-Sheets\/Display\/Article\/1529726\/c-17-globemaster-iii\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>C-17 Globemaster III<\/strong><\/a> pilot and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Federal Aviation Administration<\/strong><\/a> executive, most recently served as the acting deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for Energy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA big congratulations to Dr. Ravi Chaudhary on his Senate confirmation.
