Typical patterns – dots, stripes or flowers – are created using a traditional stamping technique, the secret of which has been passed down for generations in the Ceramics Manufacture in Bolesławiec. One example of the versatility of this ceramic is my friend Marta. When she was moving to a new apartment, she decided to do a big shopping in the Bolesławiec pottery store during the sale of this ceramic. Few people thought about this aspect of kitchenware aesthetics back then, but for Marta it was crucial! Regardless of the occasion – whether it was a holiday dinner, a birthday party or an everyday meal – artistic ceramics from Bolesławiec will always find a place on the table. That is why these exceptional vessels are popular not only in Poland but also abroad. Functionality combined with art? Sounds like a recipe for success!

From the manufacture to global markets – how successful is ceramics from Bolesławiec?

Bolesławiec pottery is not only vessels, but also an expression of the culture and history of the region. The pottery factory in Bolesławiec, although it has its roots in the 16th century, today wins the hearts of customers all over the world. How did it happen? It is a story full of passion, tradition and modernity. One of the key moments was the expansion of the business beyond the borders of Poland. Imagine: a small factory, where every plate and cup is hand-painted, and every ceramic form is unique. This type of craftsmanship quickly attracted international interest. When American interior design magazines began publishing articles about Polish porcelain, an avalanche started. What is more, Bolesławiec pottery shops appeared where local residents would not even expect – Tokyo, New York or Berlin. Many artists appreciated the special style of artistic pottery from Bolesławiec for its simplicity of form combined with intricate patterns. We cannot forget about the online sales of pottery from Bolesławiec. Thanks to them, thousands of Internet users discovered the charm of these exceptional vessels without having to leave their homes. Similarly, the online store has become a place of endless inspiration for collectors and lovers of beautiful utility items around the world. Thanks to this, we can admire how porcelain from Bolesławiec finds its way to the largest design fairs in the world, where it fights head to head with the best producers from Scandinavia or Japan. Although traditions are still alive here – the success of this ceramics shows us that true art defends itself!

Every Piece Has a Story: Interviews with Master Craftsmen

Have you ever wondered what is hidden behind each unique work of art? Bolesławiec pottery is not only beautiful vessels and intricately decorated porcelain. It is the stories of the people who create them. Before you go to a Bolesławiec pottery shop or take advantage of a sale on pottery from Bolesławiec, it is worth getting to know the heroes behind these wonderful products. The pottery factory in Bolesławiec has been operating since the 18th century. To this day, the techniques used by artists are often based on traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. I met one of these artists – Mr. Jan, who has been working as a potter for over 40 years. I have always wanted to create something with my own hands, says Mr. Jan, holding a freshly fired bowl decorated with cobalt. Aleksandra – a young painter specializing in decorating porcelain – also shared her passion. “My work is not only about practical skills, but also about constantly searching for inspiration,” says Aleksandra, pointing to floral patterns inspired by Polish landscapes. These meetings show one thing: each piece of Bolesławiec pottery is unique and tells the story of long hours of work and many years of experience of its creators. So during your next visit to a Bolesławiec pottery shop remember: each cup has the soul of its creator.

How to recognize authentic works of art from Bolesławiec?

Wondering how to distinguish real Bolesławiec pottery from fakes? It’s simple – you just need to know a few key features and symbols. Let’s get started! Bolesławiec pottery [ https://andyceramika.pl/ ] is more than just vessels; it’s tradition, history and passion encased in clay and hand-painted with a unique pattern. But how can you be sure that you’re buying authentic porcelain from this region during a Bolesławiec pottery sale? First of all, pay attention to the manufacturer’s signature. Every real pottery factory in Bolesławiec usually places its mark on the bottom of the vessels. The most famous logo is B inscribed in a circle or rectangular seals with full company names. The second thing is the pattern. Artistic pottery from Bolesławiec is unique thanks to the stamp technique, where each decorative element is applied separately using small stamps. It’s worth taking a closer look at the details: authentic mugs or cups have minor imperfections that indicate handiwork. An interesting story happened to my friend Marta, who, during a visit to a Bolesławiec pottery shop, noticed an incredibly beautifully decorated bowl. At first glance, it looked perfect – suspiciously so! Marta decided to check its bottom and noticed the lack of a signature and a delicate print instead of classic stamps. When you plan to shop at a Bolesławiec pottery sale, remember these tips – they reveal the soul of true Bolesławiec magic!

Sale of ceramics from Bolesławiec – a chance for unique porcelain in your kitchen

Like many other enthusiasts of beauty and functionality, I used to wonder why people love Bolesławiec pottery so much. I recently found the answer during a sale at a Bolesławiec pottery store. I understood not only by admiring their intricate patterns, but also by talking to the sellers and other lovers of applied art. Have you ever waited longingly for the annual promotions? They are a real treat! Sale periods are a great opportunity to buy extraordinary vessels that would normally be out of our price range. In my case, I managed to get a unique plate decorated with a cobalt flower motif – a real gem! Sometimes it is worth taking a moment to visit the pottery factory in Bolesławiec in person or to walk through the shops offering this amazing porcelain. This factory has a long tradition, which is reflected in the quality of the items produced. Each item seems to tell its own story – from the creation process to the final stage of hand painting. When analyzing the success of these artistic works, one thing can be noticed – authenticity meets practicality. Prices can be high, especially for handmade products and those with more intricate designs, so keeping an eye on sales is key to discovering gems without a significant loss to your wallet. Next time such an opportunity arises, remember – act fast! These treasures are disappearing quickly due to their growing popularity both at home and abroad.

The Autumn Run Between the Bridges and Beyond took place

192 runners took part in six age categories: dwarf (children up to 7 years old), category I (children 8-9 years old), category II (children 10-12 years old), category III (children 13-15 years old), open women and men (youth and adults over 16 years old), as well as Nordic Walking enthusiasts (no division by age).

The races were held at various distances depending on the age categories, i.e. 150 m, 420 m, 850 m, 1300 m, 2500 m – Nordic Walking group – route: Market Square – Kutuzowa Street – Komuny Paryskiej Street – Garncarska Street – Jeleniogórska Street – OWR “Leśny Potok” and the main race of approx. 6000 m.

All participants received a commemorative medal for taking part in the autumn run.
