ANSBACH, Germany \u2013 U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach will conduct a routine force protection exercise on its installations. The exercise will take place between Aug. 19-22, 2025.<\/p>\n

All U.S. Army locations in Europe are holding U.S. Army Europe-Africa (USAREUR-AF) Force Protection exercises, known as Enhanced Protection Operations (EPOs), at their respective installations, to include here at Ansbach.<\/p>\n

During the exercise, the local community may notice increased security measures at installation gates and access control points, which may cause traffic delays.<\/p>\n

The exercise is not a response to any specific threat. USAG Ansbach routinely practices protection protocols with mission and host nation partners through exercises and rehearsals to hone security processes.<\/p>\n
