From tipoff to slam dunks! Service members took to the court during the 2023 Armed Forces Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships at Fort Moore, Georgia.
Soldiers, Marines, sailors, airmen, guardians and Coast Guardsmen battled it out for the top prize. In the end, Marine Corps men and Air Force women took gold.
It was a historic win for both teams because it was the first time in 20 years the Marine Corps won and 11 years since Air Force took gold.
For the men, Navy took second and Army took third. On the women’s side, Army took second and Navy took third.
